Some Facts to Note About Returns with Sav-Mor:
- 15 Day Return Policy: If you return an item within 15 days, we will provide the refund to the original payment method equivalent to the price you paid for the item(s).
- Items must be in their original packaging and not altered in any way. Hides that have been cut, scratched or otherwise altered from their original condition will not be accepted.
- The following cannot be returned:
- Opened bags of Chicago screws, grommets, snaps, and rivets.
- Strap cutting service for leather hides.
- Scrap
- Tools
- Sav-Mor does not refund the original cost of shipping
- Sav-Mor aims to provide you with the refund/store credit within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your items back.
- **It is up to Sav-Mor discretion to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns after the 15 day grace period.**
