Shipping

FedEx/UPS expedited orders must be placed by
12PM PT Monday-Friday to ship same day.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic shipping will commonly be done through UPS Ground and Priority Mail Services provided by the United States Postal Service. If expedited shipping is required please make a note on your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders shipped via FedEx will be dropped off a day after the order has been filled.

We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed. We are unable to accommodate order comments with specific shipping instructions such as “drop over fence” or “leave on back porch”. If you require a more precise delivery, please select FedEx/UPS shipping and email us about including “Signature on Delivery Required” shipments. You may also call the store and place your order over the phone to be able to include any special instructions that are needed.

The following expedited shipping methods are available for purchase upon checkout, depending on the weight/dimensions of your order. If you require your package to be delivered by a certain date, you must select one of the FedEx/UPS methods.

  • FedEx/UPS Overnight (Next Day): Will arrive by 10:30am on the next business day. For orders placed before cut-off on Fridays, Overnight delivery is the following Monday.
  • FedEx/UPS 2nd Day: Will arrive by end of day on 2nd business day. For orders placed before cut-off on Fridays, 2-Day delivery is the following Tuesday.
  • FedEx/UPS 3 Day (Express Saver): Will arrive by end of day on 3rd business day. For orders placed before cut-off on Fridays, 3-Day delivery is the following Wednesday.

 *Sav-Mor does not refund shipping costs due to weather related delays, carrier issues, or other extenuating circumstances**

International Shipping:

For orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. we ship with UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. The following shipping methods are available upon checkout, depending on the weight/dimensions of your order and the “ship to” country.

  • UPS: Estimated delivery dates will be presented at checkout.
  • DHL: Estimated delivery dates will be presented at checkout.
  • FedEx: Estimated delivery dates will be presented at checkout.
  • USPS Priority International: Approx. 6-10 business day service**
  • USPS First Class International: Approx. 7-21 business day service**
**The USPS international shipping methods do not guarantee delivery times. The quoted time frames are approximate, and could take fewer or more days to arrive. There is no tracking or insurance associated with the USPS international shipping methods, thus Sav-Mor  is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages using these methods.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, brokerage fees, etc. once the package leaves the warehouse and for importing the items into their country. They are required to be paid upon delivery. Sav-Mor  reserves the right to charge the original method of payment if they are not paid upon delivery.
